and state but to private vendors."mayor stephanie raalings-blake had imposed a december 31st deedline for the grand prix to repay its debt. but that didn't happen.and in a statement released a shor tiie ago, the mayor says it's with great disappointment that we announce the termination of the city's agreement with baltimore racing developmentt one state lawmmker is disappointed with that news. he says he h9opes that some type of an agreement can still be reached to bring the race back next year.(anderson) "this is something that we just have to work out way through because i think in the long run....that will be as big hopefully something like the preakness or any of the ravens games." karen,,he last time fireworks went off here in the inner harbor was the fourth of july... when a man was fatally stabbed and a four year old was shot! and city police don't want to see anything like that again! so this year - they're introducing a few changes to the new year's eve security plan. the biggest change is adding a large metal fence around the festivities - restricting access to visitors through nine main entry points. police say there won't be any security officers padding people down - or anything like that. but there police officers - both visible - and not so visible. 4:27 you will not see a large presence of underrover policc officers that will be in the venue making sure that people are saae and really getting people in, joining the fireworks presentation and getting them out and home safely 33 the police department's commissioner, himself, fred - bealefeed. police say the goal

the harlem globetrotters added a special player to their roster for their game in baltimore tonight. and ravens receiver torrey smith ended it all with a ray lewis-style dance.it was a special tribute from the globetrotters to the ravens. and a special treat for the fans tonight at first mariner arena. a woman is facing attempted murder chargers for ... get this ... trying to run over a police officer. officer.it happened in a shopping center parking lot in alabama.you can see the woman ram the police cruiser and then speed towards the officer. a police spokesman says the officerrhad to fire at her car. once the woman was subdued ... she was taken to the hospptal for a mental evaluation.
